Hi:
I'm logged in. When I click on the "New Proposal" link in the left nav (which leads to http://pear.php.net/pepr/pepr-proposal-edit.php) I get a message saying I need to log in.

Cannot reproduce. I can login with my account, pear.dev test or pepr.
Are you sure you allow cookies in your browser?

I'm logged in fine everywhere else in the site. For instance I just worked on some bugs in the bug interface.
FYI: Using Firefox 1.0.6. I have cookies off, but pear.php.net is an "exception."

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET).
If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly.
Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.
