That's a bug in PhD. I'll fix it and release a new version.

PhD 0.4.6 has been released and installed on pear.php.net - we'll see the result tomorrow on manual recompilation.

The links are now right. The eight existing, unapproved notes now need to be updated with the correct address.

> Which notes are that ? Do you have an ID for them or something ? The eight notes that are currently shown in the "pending notes" list and two notes in the "approved notes" list (no. 2 and 3 currently): http://pear.php.net/notes/admin/index.php (or: all notes that have IDs ending with "php.")

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better. Actually there were 63 of them if you count the spam ;-) Fixed now
