In File/Archive/Writer/Bzip2.php, line 98, you set mode to w concatenated with a compression level, but this function doesn't support this. It seems bzip2 only support a compression level using bzcompress function, but not using file compression functions. This cause your PHPUnit tests to report 2 errors.
Functions setCompressionLevel function and compressionLevel variable could be dropped as well for this reason.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET).
If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly.
Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.
