The website should have a place to post jobs. Ideally, there'd be a pear-jobs@lists.php.net mailing list (or jobs@lists.php.net when PHP.net creates its own) as well so people could subscribe to job notices.

Any ideas of what this would look like, if it wasn't just a mailing list?
Is there anything that can be done external to pearweb, the software package - ie, using linkedin or facebook or other places we collaborate?

We were going to collaborate with ohloh but I have yet to find the time nor the interest to do this and I'm actually still not sure if I want to clutter the site with this stuff.
