Description: ------------ Some time ago I registered a voting account for the election system. One problem is that mails from the bug system seem to be sent to berdir@php.net. AFAIK I don't have such an account or atleast don't know how to access it. I'd like to get the mails to the address saved in my profile. Another problem is that I have too low permissions: - I don't see the "add Comment" link, but I can comment, when I open the URL directly - I cannot edit my own bug reports (@since 1.9.0, it seems that there is no owner) - I can't submit patches - other tings, wich I don't remember at the moment :) Not sure if it is a bug or a feature... but it doesn't make sense to me, that i can do less than an anonymous user (atleast before 1.9.0)

This bug has been fixed in CVS. If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET). If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should be live shortly. Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release. Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better.
